  • Hi-Tailing offers a variety of transport options for animals of all shapes and sizes.

  • We like to keep the transport process simple and stress free.

#1. Start with a Quote. Contact Hi-Tailing with the details of your trip…Animal, Size, Location of Pick up, Location of Delivery, and Dates.

We will respond with a quote based on your specific needs.

#2. The Contract. Once you approve our quote, we will send you a contract. Hi-Tailing is a licensed, Insured & USDA Registered LLC. For this reason, we required all clients sign a contract to secure their spot on a route. No one rides without a contract, no exceptions.

#3. The Big Day. A few days prior to your travel date, we will reach out and set up a line of communication between our driver and all parties involved in the transport of your pet. This includes the contact people for pick-up & delivery, breeder, buyers, etc.

At this time…We will confirm all the specifics. Pick up times, Gate Codes, Special Instructions for Pick-up & Drop-off, etc.

We try to make onboarding a low stress event. If needed, our drivers will help load livestock onto the trailers. For small animals, the crates will be sanitized, prepped and ready for passengers at the time of pick-up.

Once the driver gets on the road, clients will get an ETA for delivery.

Same as pick-up, Hi-Tailing drivers are happy to help off load livestock.
